StridePilot Privacy
How StridePilot collects, uses, shares, and deletes app data.
StridePilot is a native iOS running-coach app. We collect only the account, training, billing, and device-permission data needed to authenticate you, build and adapt your plan, sync workouts, and operate the service securely.
- Collected data may include your email, display name, profile photo if you choose one, onboarding answers, training history, plan data, workout-sync records, coach-chat messages, and subscription state.
- If you grant Health access, StridePilot reads only the workout data you allow, such as workouts, routes, distance, active energy, heart rate, and running dynamics when available. StridePilot does not write workout data back to Apple Health.
- We use this data to authenticate your account, sync completed training, generate and adjust plans, stream coach responses, enforce billing limits, and troubleshoot support or security issues.
- Service providers may process data on our behalf, including Supabase for authentication and database hosting, OpenAI for AI coaching and plan generation, and Apple for HealthKit, Sign in with Apple, and StoreKit.
- StridePilot does not sell personal data, does not use HealthKit or fitness data for advertising, and does not use third-party ad SDKs or App Tracking Transparency-based tracking in the iOS app.
- You can withdraw Health, Photos, and Notification permissions in iOS Settings at any time. You can delete your account in the app settings, which removes the account-linked data stored in StridePilot's primary application database.
- We retain active account data while your account is open so the app can function. If you need privacy help, data access, or deletion support beyond the in-app controls, contact support@stridepilot.app.
You can keep using this page from the web, while daily coaching stays in the native app.
