StridePilot Privacy
How StridePilot handles account, workout, and SMS data.
StridePilot collects the information needed to authenticate athletes, build training plans, deliver coaching by text, and keep account and billing state working across sessions.
- Collected data can include your phone number, email address, display name, onboarding answers, training plans, coach-chat messages, billing state, and workout details that you sync or enter manually.
- Data comes from information you enter directly, phone verification, SMS conversations, optional third-party activity imports, and subscription transactions when you upgrade.
- SMS consent is used only to send the coaching and account messages you asked for, including verification codes, workout delivery, coach replies, check-ins, and account notifications. Message frequency varies.
- Activity sync is optional. StridePilot can operate entirely from web intake, text-based coaching, and manual workout check-ins.
- StridePilot uses service providers such as Supabase for authentication and data storage, OpenAI for coach and plan generation, Twilio for SMS delivery, Stripe for web billing, Fly.io for backend hosting, and Vercel for the web frontend.
- StridePilot does not sell personal data. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
- You can reply STOP at any time to stop coaching texts, reply HELP for support instructions, manage your plan from the web experience, or request account deletion by contacting support@stridepilot.app.
