StridePilot SMS Coaching terms and safety rules.

StridePilot SMS Coaching provides software-based running guidance and training-plan organization. It is not a medical device, diagnosis service, or emergency channel.

• Program name: StridePilot SMS Coaching. Message frequency varies based on your activity, coach replies, and account events.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply HELP for help and reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. Support is available at support@stridepilot.app.
• Use StridePilot as a coaching tool and apply independent judgment to each session.
• If pain is sharp, worsening, changes your gait, or affects normal walking, stop training and seek in-person medical care.
• Subscriptions, when offered, are billed on the web and renew automatically until canceled through the Stripe customer portal or your billing provider.
• Your use of StridePilot depends on maintaining a valid account and following the membership, safety, and data rules shown in the web experience and SMS flow.
• Do not rely on StridePilot for urgent medical decisions, emergency response, or treatment recommendations.
